What is included in Free?

Free keeps the basic tracker usable. Pro adds connected and extended features. Every Learn Keel article, including explanations of Pro features, stays readable on Free and while signed out.

Free tracker

Create routines, record and correct doses, use Today and Calendar, set reminders and keep one active program. The three calculators accept manual input on Free. Basic Progress and Export history (CSV) are also Free. A calculator's From Your Routine shortcut is a separate Pro capability; manual arithmetic is not locked by that shortcut.

Pro features

Pro adds inventory profiles with forecasts, routine-connected calculators, planned changes, more than one active program, side-effect and blood-panel records, the evening recap, extended analytics and Export Keel Report. Those are organizational and arithmetic tools, not interpretation of your health.

App Store subscription

Apple handles billing; Keel sign-in is a separate account.

  1. Open Settings › Plan.
  2. Read Current plan.
    Settings Plan group on a fresh Release build: the Plan heading, Current plan Free, Get Keel Pro, Compare Free and Pro and Restore Purchases.
    The current build names the free tier Free; Plan keeps comparison, purchase and restore controls together without changing your recorded routines.

A Pro explanation remains readable even when its app feature is locked. A completed purchase message alone is not the same as active local access: use the purchase-recovery guide if the feature is still unavailable.

Notes

  • The Settings display name is now Free; old screenshots reading Standard describe an earlier build and are not the figure for this edition.

Neither tier selects treatments, doses or schedules for you.
