Export history and reports

Take your dose history out of Keel as a spreadsheet you own, read your adherence in Progress, and, with Pro, export the complete Keel Report.

Written for Keel 1.0.0Guides v1Screens from build 1 (4cbadaa)

Before you begin

The CSV export is free on every tier; the Keel Report is Pro. Both are written on your phone and handed to the system share sheet — there is no preview screen, and the export itself sends nothing anywhere.

Settings › Data reads: "Your complete dose history, as a spreadsheet you own. The CSV stays free; the Keel Report bundles every record into one readable export."

Keel tracks. It never advises. Exports and Progress state what you recorded — counts, percentages, streaks, and dates — and the report says so in its opening statement.

Steps

  1. Open Settings (the gear on Today) and scroll to Data.
  2. Tap Export history (CSV); Keel writes `Keel-history-‹date›.csv` and opens the share sheet — choose Files, Mail, AirDrop or any app.
  3. Read the CSV: one row per log entry, oldest first, columns Logged at, Status, Routine, Category, Administration, Scheduled for, Dose, Injection site, Notes, Timezone; times are ISO-8601 in the timezone column.
  4. With Pro, tap Export Keel Report — in Settings › Data, or in Insights › Records & reports (the row’s action word is Share).
  5. The report is six files: `Keel-report-‹date›.txt` plus CSVs for history, side effects, blood panels, inventory adjustments and program plan revisions.
  6. Read the report: after its title and timestamp, its opening statement is "A record of what was entered in Keel. It does not interpret values or provide medical advice."; then ROUTINES, PROGRAMS, ADHERENCE (LAST 90 DAYS) — always present, with current and best streaks — SIDE EFFECTS NOTED, BLOOD PANELS (SHOWN WITHOUT INTERPRETATION) and OBSERVATIONS, the others omitted when empty.
  7. To read adherence without exporting, tap View progress on Today: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Continuity (current and best streak, doses logged all-time) and the month calendar are free; Trends & breakdown (the 90-day trend, timing, by-routine rows) is Pro.

What it looks like

The Progress sheet with Last 7 days and Last 30 days percentages, a Continuity line with streaks, a month calendar, and a locked Trends and breakdown row.
Progress on the free tier: the two windows, your streak, the month; the trend and per-routine rows are Pro.
  1. Last 7 / 30 days
  2. Continuity
  3. Trends & breakdown (locked)
The Progress sheet’s 90-day trend chart with dates along the bottom and 0, 50 and 100 percent on the right.
With Pro, Progress adds a 90-day adherence trend below the month calendar; the timing sentence and per-routine rows follow it.
  1. 90-day trend
The Progress sheet’s timing sentence and per-routine rows such as Vitamin D3 with percentages.
The rest of Pro Progress: how close to schedule doses were logged, and each routine’s last 30 days.
  1. timing line
  2. by routine
Settings Data section listing Export history (CSV) and Export Keel Report, with the footer explaining the CSV stays free.
Settings › Data: the free CSV of your whole dose history, and the Pro Keel Report bundle.

What you’ll see

Exports open in the system share sheet; nothing else happens on screen. If an export cannot be written, the alert Couldn’t export says why. In a spreadsheet, a note or site that begins with = + - or @ shows with a leading apostrophe so it opens as text, not a formula.

Progress uses the same definitions as the Today hero: a window shows the share of due doses logged as taken; a day counts toward the streak when every due dose that day is taken.

Every screen is a real capture of Keel 1.0.0 (build 1, implementation 4cbadaa), cropped and otherwise unchanged, except the paywall illustration, whose price columns are masked in the image itself. The numbered markers are added on this page, not to the app. Crop and mask coordinates for every figure: where the screens come from.
