Where to start

Today's header day line, or the calendar's "n% last 30 days · View progress" row, opens the Progress sheet. It is Free; the Trends & breakdown block is Pro.

Windows

Last 7 days and Last 30 days end when the sheet opens, starting 7 or 30 calendar days earlier at that clock time; daylight-saving changes can alter elapsed hours. They count doses already due. Skips count as due, not taken. Unlogged occurrences before the routine's creation day are excluded; deliberately logged backfills remain eligible. Nothing due shows —. Patterns uses different civil-day windows.

Streak

"A day counts toward your streak when every dose due that day is taken. Days with nothing scheduled are passed over." Current streak counts back from yesterday, adding today once everything due so far today is taken; one missed or skipped dose ends it. best n is the longest such run in the last 90 days, not lifetime. "n doses logged all-time" counts every effective log that is not a skip.

A fictional week, independent of the fixture

Fictional exampleThe names and values below are made up to show how the parts relate; they are not a suggestion.

A routine already tracked before last Monday schedules 08:00 and 20:00 daily. It is Monday 14:00; every due dose was taken except Saturday's 20:00 dose, which was skipped. Today's 20:00 dose is still ahead. The window starts last Monday at 14:00: 13 of 14 due doses taken, about 93 %. Current streak: 2 — Sunday and today, whose only due dose is taken. Saturday ended the earlier run. best is at least 5 for the clean Monday–Friday run.

Calendar

"A filled calendar day means every dose due that day was taken."; a partly filled day had some; an unmarked day had nothing due. Only the current month and earlier are shown.

Pro block

90-day trend plots each week's taken-of-due once two weeks exist; the line "Logged within about n min of scheduled time — median, last 90 days." needs two timed, settled logs; By routine · last 30 days lists each routine's taken/due. On Free the block is the locked row Trends & breakdown.

Fictional record with Pro: each plotted week shows its share of due doses taken, with points joined by a line — arithmetic, not a score.
