Three groupings

Under Sources, each citation is listed in caps with its grouping first: VERIFIED SOURCES · (regulatory records and controlled human studies), EDUCATIONAL SOURCES · (reviews, references and other supporting literature), COMMUNITY & ANECDOTAL · — this last group carries the line "Community reports and discussion — not verified medical fact." Groups appear in that order, only when a profile has sources of that kind.

A Sources heading followed by caps citations prefixed EDUCATIONAL SOURCES, then a line Community reports and discussion — not verified medical fact above a citation prefixed COMMUNITY & ANECDOTAL.
Sources are grouped by kind and listed as plain citations; the community group carries its own not-verified line. Nothing here is a link.

Notices

A full-width notice directly under the header states a profile's regulatory boundary, and its summary begins with a corresponding prefix: Investigational ("This compound has no FDA prescribing label. This profile reports published human-trial findings and clearly scoped nonclinical safety evidence, within the populations, conditions, and models studied."); Preclinical ("No qualifying controlled human trial establishes safety or efficacy. This profile reports preclinical findings only and has no FDA prescribing label."); Prior FDA-approved product ("An FDA-approved product containing this compound was later discontinued, and its approval is no longer in effect. …"); Not approved for human use ("This compound has no FDA-approved human use and is a federally controlled substance. …"). The last two summary prefixes are Previously approved product — and Unapproved controlled substance —, respectively. No notice means no typed notice is displayed; it establishes neither approval nor safety nor clinical review. Every profile ends with "Educational reference only. Keel does not recommend doses, cycles, compounds, or protocols. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional."

A profile header titled BPC-157 with a summary beginning Preclinical —, followed by a notice with the eyebrow Preclinical and the text No qualifying controlled human trial establishes safety or efficacy.
A profile's boundary notice sits directly under its header and repeats in its summary line — a statement of what the page does not cover.

What a source is not

A citation is where a statement came from — an author, title, journal, year, identifier — not an endorsement, and never a dosing reference; the profile text reports what the sources studied, bounded to their populations and models.

If it looks different

Citations are text only
nothing is tappable, and the app opens no external page for a source.
You will not see a "Not medically reviewed" notice
the library ships only reviewed profiles, so the notice that exists for unreviewed ones never renders.
No Sources section
the profile has no reviewed sources attached.

Sources and notices tell you where a page's statements come from and what they do not cover; they never turn a page into advice.
